Shipping
I will ship all over the World. Please remember you will be responsible for any customs clearance and associated costs for international orders.
Your purchase is lovingly hand packed and dispatched within 24 hours (Monday – Friday) of receiving your order; payments by cheque will be dispatched on clearance of funds.
Delivery Times
I use Royal Mail 1st Class for all deliveries.
Delivery is calculated by weight and destination at Royal Mail’s standard rates.
Delivery within UK normally takes 1-2 business days.
Delivery for the EU normally takes 3-5 business days.
Delivery for Rest of the World normally takes 4-7 business days.
Cancelling your Order
Under the statute laws for Consumer Protection and the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (which may be amended from time to time). You have the right to cancel your contract for the purchase of your goods at any time up to seven working days after delivery. (“Cancelled Goods”)
You may cancel your order by simply writing to us or emailing us at

. However in order to cancel your goods you must communicate that you wish to do so in writing and it must be received by us no later than seven days after delivery. To qualify for a refund under the regulations the Cancelled Goods must be returned in resalable condition.
If your items have been dispatched you are responsible for paying the correct postage to return the Cancelled Goods to us.
You are responsible for Cancelled Goods until they are received by us.
If we do not receive your Cancelled Goods back from you then we may arrange for collection of the Cancelled Goods. This will be at your sole cost.
We will refund the relevant cost of your Cancelled Goods only when the Cancelled Goods are received by us. This will be done as soon as practicable and in any event within 30 days after receipt of the Cancelled Goods by us.
Returns Policy
If you wish to return or exchange an item(s) please notify us by email with your address details and order reference number.

All goods should be packed appropriately and insured against loss or damage. Please take your parcel(s) to your nearest Post Office. Always retain proof of postage. Goods are returned to Baggitz at your own expense.
We will write to you to confirm your return has been processed. You will receive your refund credit or exchange order (when in stock) within 2-3 weeks after you post the goods back to us. No refunds, credit notes or exchanges cab be made, where goods do not reach us, or reach us in unacceptable condition.
Refunds are made for the price of the goods, but shipping charges are not refundable.
Please note that refunds bought as presents can only be given to the original payer and if you decide to swap an item we cannot stop the payer knowing.
We regret to advise that earrings may not be refunded or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
