Bonnie's interest in fashion began as a child. First taught to sew by her grandmother she created ‘designer' dolls cloths from scraps of fabrics and trimmings. She followed her passion for fashion throughout her education first in High School taking Fashion Design then (attending the renowned Fashion Institute of Technology in New York) into adulthood. Bonnie worked as a assistant buyer in a renowned store on 5th Avenue New York before marrying David and moving to Liverpool, England.
Together Bonnie and Dave have created a thriving Soft Furnishing business in Pembrokeshire, Wales which they still operate.
Having access to so many beautiful quality designer fabrics Bonnie was inspired to design handbags and other accessories. While in this creative process the original idea to design an organizer to use in her handbags came about. Paying special attention to quality and detail Bonnie has created a unique and fashionably chic and elegant handbag organizer made with generous proportions, thoughtful details, and pockets to keep things organized and easy to find. And so the start of Baggitz.
